[Shanghai, September 2022] EQI Data, formally Genetsis Data, is pleased to announce that we have completed a major rebranding. We launched as Genetsis Data 4 years ago as a start-up under the umbrella of one of our investor’s businesses, Genetsis. This rebrand marks a new phase for us as a business, one where we’re confidently maturing from start-up to a company ready to stand apart.


EQI Data is a leading data analysis company providing businesses with real-time information and insights on marketplace sales and marketing effectiveness in markets around the world. Our SaaS product is at the core of our business, utilised by our data science team and teams of marketing and ecommerce consultants, as well as our clients, to plan and execute successful digital strategies.


The new branding has entailed a new name, logo, website and a new, wider focus – expanding from a China market-specialism to a global remit. Our goal is to become the online business partner for companies looking to grow their brand and their sales in new, dynamic and far-flung markets. Bringing transparency in operations a whole company, from the c-suite to the execution team.
